The Sleep Guide and videos will provide you the exact path to follow and includes bite-sized videos (none longer than 10 minutes) to get prepared and start implementing fast.
Print out your Sleep Guide and start implementing as the plan is written. You should start seeing improvement in just a couple of nights; if not, it might be time for extra support!
